Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Producer role located Remotely. The Producer will be responsible for engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include lead generation, conducting consultations, educating customers about products, and adhering to compliance standards. Collaboration with team members and participation in ongoing training and development will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
Sales and consultation aptitude, with the ability to assess client needs and provide suitable insurance solutions
Organizational and problem-solving skills to efficiently manage client interactions and address concerns
Detail-oriented skills to ensure accurate and compliant documentation and record-keeping
Proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM software is beneficial
Ability to thrive in an on-site team environment and participate in ongoing professional development
Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is an advantage
Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain it as required
