About the Role Do you have a strong creative eye and a pulse on what performs across social, email, and digital platforms? We’re looking for a Local Marketing Creative Manager who brings the Spavia brand to life through content, storytelling, and elevated execution.
We are looking for a manager or senior manager pending experience and expertise. This role is responsible for how we show up visually and creatively across all channels, ensuring a consistent, on‑brand experience across 60+ locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Content & Campaign Execution
Own and execute social‑first marketing campaigns across Instagram and Facebook
Initiate and build the Spavia Day Spa Brand TikTok
Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned to promotions and seasonal campaigns
Create and distribute marketing assets including social graphics, email creative, and in‑spa materials
Support campaign storytelling with clear, compelling, and brand‑aligned messaging
Brand Standards & Visual Consistency
Uphold and evolve Spavia’s brand standards across all channels and locations
Review and approve franchisee‑created content to maintain brand integrity (Approvals through SKED & Email)
Partner on photoshoots, video content, and creative production as needed
Asset Management & Creative Systems
Own and manage the Canva ecosystem including templates, folders, and brand kits
Maintain a high‑quality, up‑to‑date asset library for system‑wide use
Lead Canva setup and training for franchisees
Manage and publish content through SKED
Lead onboarding and training for franchisees (SKED Setup, FB Setup, IG Setup)
Monitor social presence across locations to ensure brand alignment
Support collaborations, giveaways, and local content initiatives
Email & SMS Marketing (Attentive + Mindbody)
Own and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns across promotions, seasonal launches, and lifecycle moments
Coordinate campaign messaging and creative across email, SMS, and social for a cohesive brand experience
Build and manage automated flows (example: welcome series, re‑engagement, and retention campaigns)
Optimize SMS strategy, segmentation, and performance
Monitor performance and deliver monthly reporting on email and SMS campaigns, including key insights and optimization opportunities
Performance Awareness
Track and analyze content performance across social and email
Identify trends in engagement, reach, and conversions
Deliver monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations to improve campaign impact
What You Bring
4+ years in social media, content, or brand marketing
Strong creative eye with an understanding of what feels elevated and on‑brand
Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with tools like SKED, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management skills
Experience managing content calendars and executing campaigns end‑to‑end
Ability to balance creativity, multiple projects with organization and deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Data Analysis and Reporting to measure marketing effectiveness
Experience in wellness, beauty, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred
Experience with a multi‑unit brand / franchise brand a big plus
