Phoenix, AZ (This role is 100% Onsite)

Summary:

The Field Marketing Manager partners with the Senior Manager, Field Marketing, to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies within their designated region. This role requires extreme ownership and accountability for driving retail store growth through strategic marketing initiatives, community engagement, and experiential activations. The position serves as a critical link between corporate marketing strategy and local market execution.

Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and measure comprehensive marketing plans that directly support regional sales objectives

Plan and execute store events, community events, and experiential activations within designated region

Create regional playbooks based on local market research and insights

Ensure flawless execution of all field marketing initiatives

Study and analyze local markets to identify opportunities and trends

Research competitors and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement

Monitor and analyze initiative performance metrics

Report results and recommendations to management team

Budget & Project Management

Manage local marketing budgets effectively

Oversee project timelines and deliverables

Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints

Maintain documentation and tracking systems

Brand Representation

Demonstrate Ashley's Core and Growth Values in all job performance

Work professionally with customers, co-workers, vendors, and partners

Serve as regional brand ambassador

Travel : Some travel required within region

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Marketing

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Strong attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Effective time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and in team environments

Proficiency with document management systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies

Ability to perform under strong demands in fast-paced environments

Professional customer service orientation

Empathy, understanding, and patience with employees and external customers

This position is located in a climate-controlled office environment with standard lighting and moderate noise levels typical of professional workspace settings. The role primarily involves sitting at a desk for extended periods while working with computers, phones, and other office equipment. The collaborative environment includes interaction with team members and may require attendance at meetings, conference calls, and cross-departmental communications during regular business hours.
