Senior Paid Media Specialist

Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, execution, and analysis of paid advertising initiatives for master’s, certificate, and executive education programs.
Own the paid media function, including campaign planning, budget management, continuous optimization, and reporting.
Partner with creative and communications teams to develop high‑performing ad creatives and messaging.
Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity across platforms.
Develop and maintain KPI‑driven dashboards; translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with the CRM administrator to align lead source attribution and funnel analysis.
Qualifications – Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5–7 years of paid media or performance marketing experience.
Experience managing multi‑channel campaigns and budgets at scale.
Expertise with Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit advertising platforms.
Strong fluency in analytics tools (Tableau, GA4, platform dashboards).
Experience leveraging CRM systems (e.g., Slate, Salesforce) for attribution and funnel analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience designing and evaluating A/B testing initiatives.
Qualifications – Preferred
Experience in higher education marketing, graduate and/or professional education.
Agency or agency‑side experience.
Familiarity with accessibility considerations for digital content.
Experience with Adobe Express or other web‑based design software.
Familiarity with project management tools and workflow.
