What You’ll Do Production Designers at Chemistry are the detail‑obsessed executors who bring creative ideas to life — flawlessly and at scale.

As our next Production Designer, you’ll support the creative team by executing, adapting, and finalizing assets across a wide range of channels. This is a highly versatile role — one that flexes across production, animation, editing, and design to support the evolving needs of the agency.

You’ll play a critical role in improving speed‑to‑market for tactical deliverables, while also stepping into broader creative support when needed.

On Any Given Day, You Will Asset Production & Execution

Execute and adapt creative across multiple formats including digital, social, OOH, and print.

Resize and version assets for various channels and specifications.

Prepare production‑ready files that meet platform, vendor, and media requirements.

Animation & Editing

Create motion assets and animations for digital and social content.

Support video editing needs across campaigns and internal initiatives.

Ensure motion and video assets are optimized for performance and platform requirements.

Design Support

Step in to support design needs across campaigns, internal communications, and new business.

Translate creative direction into polished, on‑brand executions.

Assist in building assets that maintain consistency across touchpoints.

Quality Control & Consistency

Ensure all assets are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Review files for errors in layout, typography, imagery, and formatting.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all deliverables.

Collaboration & Workflow

Partner with designers, art directors, and project managers to bring creative concepts to life.

Help reduce turnaround time for production‑heavy workstreams.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

File Management & Organization

Organize and maintain working files, templates, and production assets.

Follow naming conventions and version control best practices.

Prepare and package files for handoff to internal teams, vendors, or developers.

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years of experience in a production design, studio, or hybrid creative role.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).

Strong experience across resizing (OOH/print), animation, video editing, and design support.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for digital production.

Ability to flex between production execution and light‑to‑mid level design work as needed.

Experience preparing assets for a variety of channels (social, display, OOH, print, video).

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Have

Experience working in an agency environment with fast‑paced production needs.

Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools.
