The Role:
Overseeing and directing crews during the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems. Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with Weather Shield’s standards. Troubleshooting and resolving roofing issues while effectively communicating with team members and clients. Managing materials, equipment, and job site organization to keep projects on track. Leading by example with a positive, hardworking attitude while guiding the team to meet project deadlines. Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and ensuring all team members follow proper procedures. Experience:
2+ years of experience in a commercial roofing leadership role, such as Foreman or Lead Technician. Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.) and materials. Proven ability to lead crews, delegate tasks, and manage job sites effectively. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to adapt to challenges in the field. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Commitment to promoting a safe work environment and preventing accidents on the job. Core Values Fit:
