Your Role: Founding BDR

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You're not stepping into a fully built machine—you're helping build it. You'll own outbound prospecting into wound care practices and related specialties, qualify real problems, and book high-quality demos with providers who can benefit from V3's platform and sourcing model. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to help shape the playbook—not just follow one. You'll be at a desk—but this is the engine room. Every call you make helps drive the company forward.

What You'll Do

Own outbound prospecting (calls, email, and LinkedIn) into wound care practices and related specialties. Qualify leads with tight discovery across workflow pain, ordering process, billing friction, compliance concerns, and product sourcing needs. Book high-quality demos and ensure clean handoff to the closing/account team. Build target lists and territories—segmentation, ICP refinement, and account prioritization. Develop and iterate messaging that resonates with clinical, operations, and billing stakeholders. Track activity and outcomes in the CRM; continuously optimize what's working. Partner with operations and support to deliver a strong prospect experience from first touch.

Who You Are

Must-Haves 1–3+ years in BDR/SDR or quota-carrying outbound (healthcare strongly preferred, not required). Comfortable on the phone daily—high volume, high energy, resilient. Strong written communication: email and LinkedIn that sounds human. Organized, accountable, and competitive in a healthy way. Coachable—you want to get better fast, and you act on feedback. Aligned with our Core Values. Nice-to-Haves Experience in wound care, skin substitutes/CTPs, regenerative medicine, DME, or related clinical sales. Understanding of reimbursement, documentation, and audit risk in wound care workflows. Startup experience—or a strong appetite to build in ambiguity and move fast.

Why This Role Is Different

You're not just filling a seat. You're helping build the outbound engine of a company solving real problems in healthcare. Early-stage ownership: you'll help define ICP, messaging, sequences, and meeting standards. Clear value: reduce friction around ordering and clinical workflows while supporting compliance and audit readiness. Direct access to leadership and a path to growth as the team scales.

The people who get in early… tend to go far. Competitive base salary + uncapped commission. Additional upside for top performance and early impact. Growth path into Account Executive, or Team Lead as we scale.

Our Core Values

First, Serve A posture of humility. A heart for others. We start with service because it's who we are and how God designed us to be. We believe meaningful work is rooted in helping others. The work becomes holy when we serve first. Pertaining to truthfulness, accuracy, and conformity to facts. We lead with integrity and transparency, irrespective of the cost. In an industry full of noise and bias, we believe in pursuing truth and sharing it with each other and those we serve. Do What's Right Doing the next right thing—every time, every day, no matter who's watching. Character counts. We choose responsibility over shortcuts and show up with loyalty, honesty, and good intent—even when no one is looking. Grit Japanese for “continuous improvement.” We believe in progress over perfection. The consistent pursuit of excellence is a habit, not a finish line.
