Digital Experience Designer (Mobile-First UI/UX)
GMB is currently seeking a
Digital Experience Designer
to create intuitive, accessible, mobile‑first digital design that drives engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
Translate brand strategy into compelling, mobile‑first digital design with a strong UX foundation for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, paid media creative, and other digital experiences.
Collaborate with the UX strategist on wireframes and create prototypes in Figma.
Infuse digital best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies and trends into creative digital design that drives engagement and conversion with target audiences.
Contribute to digital design systems and scalable component libraries.
Manage multiple projects and guide creative digital media design from concept and wireframing through final production.
Pitch and present digital creative concepts to clients and internal teams, explaining the strategy behind the creative thinking and design.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3–5 years digital design experience (5+ preferred).
Strong mobile‑first portfolio emphasizing creative, digital design and UX.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience designing for CMS‑driven websites (WordPress is a plus).
Understanding of UX fundamentals, responsive design principles and user journey thinking.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with teammates and clients.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines at a high‑production volume.
Preferred Experience
Print design experience.
Experience with motion/video editing.
Design assignment may be included in interview process.
