Auto Body Technician

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team at Central Oregon Auto Body the Subaru shop of choice. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicle bodies to their original condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer satisfaction. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for automotive repairs, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair vehicle body damage, including dents, scratches, and structural issues
Perform welding, sanding, and painting tasks as required
Use specialized equipment to straighten frames and align panels
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status
Requirements
Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
Knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and tools
Ability to work with various materials such as metal, plastic, and fiberglass
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions as needed
