Director of Music Ministry (Part-time)

Little Flower Parish, a welcoming Eastside Indianapolis community of 600+ households, is seeking a part‑time Director of Music Ministry (approx. 25 hrs./week). The director will lead music for two weekend Masses, along with Holy Days and other special liturgies, direct the adult choir, train cantors, collaborate on school liturgies, and support a vibrant volunteer music ministry.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in music (or equivalent experience), strong keyboard and choral skills, and a strong knowledge of Roman Catholic liturgy. Must be organized, collaborative, and committed to fostering prayerful, engaging worship.
We offer Salary commensurate with experience and education, 403(b) with match, paid vacation, sick leave, and personal days.
