Job Summary We are seeking a highly creative Multimedia Designer to produce compelling multimedia content, including photography, video, and graphics, for social media, marketing campaigns, and branded visuals. This role plays a vital part in ensuring all creative materials reflect a consistent tone and visual identity aligned with our organization’s brand. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas and technical expertise to elevate our visual storytelling across multiple platforms. Responsibilities Develop engaging multimedia content for various digital platforms. Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials. Collaborate with the in-house marketing team on creative projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Accept, incorporate, and apply creative feedback effectively. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Strong attention to detail and ability to turn projects around quickly. Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills. Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, photography, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation. Ability to provide an online portfolio of prior work samples. Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer. Ability to operate computers, cameras, and multimedia equipment using hands and fingers. Visual inspection skills for digital and printed creative materials. Ability to occasionally move or transport materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. Effective communication skills with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work in a drug- and alcohol-free environment.
