Sr Order Execution/Customer Fulfillment Specialist

Position Description As an enthusiastic career-minded professional with a strong background in supply chain planning and execution, you will join the Order Execution Team. This team manages end-to-end operations from manufacturing order (MO) creation through to the commit dates (PSSD/RPSSD) for all ISG products shipped from the factory. You will manage the execution and operational relationship between the manufacturing team and internal customers.
What You’ll Do This role involves interacting with global team members, customers, manufacturing sites, and vendors. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for connecting the dots to get the job done.
Responsibilities
Manufacturing Order Management.
Ensure every order ships according to the SLA (RSSD/PSSD/RPSSD).
Drive any supply or material allocation.
Prioritize critical orders to meet customer requirements and expectations, following past due, coming due, and tails.
Interlock with the Order Fulfillment Team on critical orders and open issues.
CTB/ATB analysis and reporting.
Capacity requirements management.
Handle special customer requirements.
Control build ahead.
Review daily backlog to proactively address potential issues affecting customers.
Control and apply off-specs/deviations from the factory.
Finish goods optimization.
Physical inventory rebalance.

Learn about the ISG portfolio (Think Systems—Options—Storage—Networking).
Overview of the supply chain process.
Analytical thinking and reasoning.
KPIs and BMS.
Enhance leadership and communication skills.
Network with local and worldwide teams.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with SAP S/4, IPS, and LeMES.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong ownership, leadership, and sense of urgency.
