Location: Roanoke, VA (In-Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and place warranty orders to support customer needs
Develop and manage production and service schedules to align with operational priorities
Monitor inventory levels, production progress, and workflow efficiency
Adjust schedules and priorities to meet changing demands and deadlines
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and other teams
Track and report on asset lifecycle data, progress, and performance
Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems and customer platforms
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in operations, scheduling, logistics, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
Ability to collaborate across teams and levels of the organization
A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach

Experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments
Familiarity with asset tracking or lifecycle management systems
