Located in Rosenberg, TX, we serve our local community with honesty and professionalism. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internet Sales Manager based in Rosenberg, TX. The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for managing online sales inquiries, coordinating with the sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining an efficient, fully functioning online sales process. Additional responsibilities include communicating with customers, developing relationships, and increasing lead conversions through effective sales strategies. MUST KNOW VINSOLUTION !! Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build strong, lasting relationships with clients. Strong understanding of Sales Processes, with the ability to drive optimal results. Effective Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey information and respond promptly to inquiries. Demonstrated success in Sales, including meeting or exceeding sales goals. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving targets. Experience with internet and digital sales platforms is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or related fields is a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools and automotive dealership software is highly desirable.
