We’re looking for a results-driven
Marketing Specialist
with strong experience in
data scraping, lead research, and list building
to support our growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying opportunities, and turning raw information into actionable marketing insights.
Key Responsibilities
Scrape and collect data from multiple online sources (websites, directories, social platforms, databases)
Build and maintain accurate lead lists for marketing and outreach campaigns
Clean, verify, and organize large datasets to ensure data quality
Segment data based on target audience, industry, location, and other criteria
Support email, LinkedIn, and outbound marketing campaigns with reliable data
Monitor data sources and update lists regularly
Ensure compliance with data privacy and usage regulations
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in data scraping, lead generation, or marketing research
Hands-on experience with scraping tools (e.g., Phantombuster, Apify, Octoparse, Python scripts, or similar)
Strong understanding of B2B/B2C marketing and outreach processes
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; CRM experience is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs
Basic knowledge of APIs, Python, or SQL
Familiarity with email deliverability and outbound best practices
