We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative
Marketing Specialist
to support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This role will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing
marketing campaigns
across digital and traditional channels
Manage and update
social media platforms and content calendars
Support
email marketing campaigns , including creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on
campaign execution
Track, analyze, and report on
marketing performance metrics (KPIs)
Help maintain and update website content and landing pages
Conduct
market and competitor research
to identify trends and opportunities
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in
marketing or related field
Strong understanding of
digital marketing channels (social, email, paid ads, SEO basics)
Experience with tools like
HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience with
content creation (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Basic knowledge of
CRM systems
Exposure to
data analysis and reporting
