Content Producer / Social Lead (Featherie) Reports to: CMO
Role Description We’re looking for a content producer who can turn Featherie into a constant stream of aspirational, scroll-stopping content. This is not a social media management role. This is someone who can concept, shoot, edit, and execute content that feels like a brand people want to be part of.
What You’ll Own Content Creation (Core)
Shoot and edit short‑form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for own‑brand content
Capture content at events, shoots, and day‑to‑day moments as needed
Create both planned + reactive content
Creative Direction (Execution‑Level)
Translate brand vision into actual content
Bring fresh ideas weekly (not waiting for direction)
Execute “It‑girl golf” aesthetic (elevated but effortless)
Community Engagement and Content Systems
Engage with community (comments, DMs, light community building)
Organize content library for reuse across channels
Work with paid team to supply ad creatives
Who You Are
2–5+ years creating content for brands or personal platforms
Deep understanding of what performs on TikTok/IG and why
Lives and breathes aesthetic (you get what looks good)
Fast, scrappy, and idea‑driven
Bonus If You:
Play golf or understand the culture
Have worked with fashion, fitness, or lifestyle brands
