Job Overview Digital Marketing Manager – Remote – Full‑time – $35–$40/hour – PST/MST time zone. Iron Orchid Designs (IOD), located in Folsom, CA, seeks a highly organized, creative, and execution‑focused Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate and implement digital marketing pipelines across platforms.

Occasional overnight travel (1–2 times per year) for staff development is required.

Key Responsibilities

Execute marketing strategies developed by the Marketing Director.

Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and launch pipelines within Monday.com.

Ensure all campaigns and deliverables move efficiently from planning to execution.

Coordinate cross‑channel launch implementation across email, social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest), blog, YouTube, and paid advertising.

Copywriting & Messaging

Write and manage in‑house marketing copy, including:

Email campaigns (Klaviyo)

Product launch messaging

Social media captions

Blog posts

YouTube titles and descriptions

Maintain a consistent, relational brand voice across all platforms.

Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar platforms) to support drafting and workflow efficiency while preserving authenticity and brand tone.

Content & Creative Coordination

Coordinate contractors, videographers, editors, designers, and internal contributors to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand content.

Oversee video publishing workflows for YouTube and social platforms, including basic SEO optimization and asset management.

Manage blog publishing schedules and campaign alignment.

Coordinate asset collection, deadlines, and scheduling for content submitted by the IOD Artisan Team and Influencers.

Select and curate compelling photo assets that align with the brand aesthetic in the DIY, craft, and home décor space.

Utilize Canva to create brand‑consistent marketing materials.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Demonstrated copywriting experience.

Experience writing email campaigns and promotional content.

Strong organizational skills and experience managing workflows in project management tools (Monday.com preferred).

Experience executing multi‑channel campaigns.

Working knowledge of YouTube publishing and optimization, or willingness to learn.

Experience with Klaviyo or a similar platform.

Proficiency in Canva.

Strong visual sensibility and creative judgment.

Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Preferred Background

Experience in craft, DIY, interior design, home décor, styling, or related creative industries.

Experience supporting product launches.

Familiarity with Pinterest strategy, YouTube strategy, and Shopify.
