We are seeking a data-driven and highly motivated
Google Ads Associate
to support the execution, optimization, and performance of paid search campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about driving measurable marketing results. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of Google Ads accounts, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and pipeline growth Analyze platform data, CRM insights (e.g., Salesforce), and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) to identify trends and optimize campaign performance Execute campaign setup and optimization, including ad groups, keyword targeting, negative keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy, and extensions Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates Support paid media managers across platforms with campaign execution, reporting, and performance enhancements Monitor and manage campaign budgets across paid search channels Stay current with Google Ads updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve campaign effectiveness Analyze search term data, performance metrics, and reports to provide actionable recommendations Qualifications 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and other paid search platforms (e.g., Microsoft/Bing Ads) Strong understanding of Google Ads and Google Ads Editor, including campaign setup and keyword strategy Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) Background in landing page optimization, ad copywriting, and A/B testing Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexible and collaborative, with a willingness to support various projects and campaigns Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS Background in FinTech or financial/accounting industries Familiarity with enterprise reporting and business intelligence tools, particularly Tableau EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT: Suna Solutions
