
Social Media Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager with proven experience managing business accounts. This role will be responsible for overseeing all social media platforms, executing content strategies, and creating engaging, trend-driven content tailored to both the pickleball community and our club. All content must be reviewed and approved by management prior to being published.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with brand goals
Create and publish high-quality, engaging content (photo, video, reels, stories)
Capture photo and video content on-site during events, leagues, and daily club activity
Stay ahead of trends and apply them creatively to the pickleball space
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for growth and engagement
Write compelling captions and implement effective hashtag strategies
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice
Collaborate with management on campaigns, promotions, and initiatives
Post and incorporate graphics provided by the manager seamlessly into content plans
Submit all content for review and receive approval from management prior to posting
Qualifications
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
Strong understanding of social media analytics, growth strategies, and trends
Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Ability to shoot and edit high-quality content (mobile or camera-based)
Strong creative direction and storytelling ability
Experience in sports, fitness, or lifestyle brands is a plus (pickleball knowledge preferred)
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
