Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to service, sell, collect, and deliver products such as uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items.
Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards, proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Qualifications Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In addition, prior to the first day of employment, candidates must have an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years of age, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation of previous employment.
The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals.
A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
