What You’ll Do
Plan and run targeted marketing campaigns focused on IT services and solutions to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of managed IT services, security, or cloud solutions.
Conduct market research to understand the unique challenges faced by small and medium business customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate closely with our technical and sales teams to create compelling proposals and service packages.
Manage our social media profiles and online presence to engage with the local business community.
Track marketing and business development activities and regularly report on results and opportunities for improvement.

A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and connecting with people.
Organized and resourceful, able to manage multiple projects independently.
Comfortable learning and talking about IT services—even if you’re not a tech expert.
Experienced (or eager to learn) with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
Someone who thrives in a small-team environment and is ready to wear multiple hats.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position.

Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, and web analytics.
Familiarity with Content Management Software.
Familiar with networking and lead generation.
