What You’ll Do In this role, you will serve as a key connection point between leadership and your team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while supporting growth and development.
Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve performance expectations
Provide day‑to‑day guidance, problem‑solving support, and workflow direction
Partner with leadership on team performance, training needs, and process improvements
Reinforce consistent processes and accountability across the team
Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members
Monitor workloads and help prioritize tasks to maintain service standards
Foster a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with TRICOR’s values
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in insurance or a related service industry preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or mentor others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities and make sound decisions
Organized, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused
