Role Description Turner Publishing Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Sales and Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow online book sales on platforms such as Amazon, other e-commerce sites, and the company's own online store. Day-to-day tasks include managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing product listings, monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and collaborating with the editorial and production teams to ensure product alignment. You will also be responsible for identifying market trends, implementing SEO practices, and coordinating promotional efforts to enhance visibility and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in E-Commerce management, including experience with platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, or related

Use of Claude to generate marketing content, execute marketing analytics, oversee Claude code freelancers to code marketing and sales apps, etc

Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, email marketing, social media strategy, and performance analytics

Experience analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to enhance revenue

Solid understanding of content management and the ability to optimize product listings

Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in book publishing or media sales is a plus

Proficiency in data analytics tools and marketing platforms is highly desirable
