Our client, a well-established and recession-resistant industrial organization, is seeking a driven, curious, and relationship-oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is naturally inquisitive, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a long-term career in industrial sales and account management. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to working with major industrial clients (including steel mills), while being mentored by a supportive and experienced leadership team. Act as primary contact for steel mill and industrial accounts Build and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships Communicate customer needs internally across operations and logistics Coordinate delivery, product specifications, and service expectations Conduct regular customer visits and check-ins Monitor account activity, feedback, and service levels; resolve issues proactively Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts Prepare quotes, proposals, and account documentation Track customer feedback and market trends Support leadership with pricing, renewals, and contracts Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events Continuously develop product, operational, and industry knowledge Qualifications

Internship in Business, Sales, Industrial Distribution, Engineering or similar required Strong curiosity and desire to learn within an industrial or manufacturing environment required Willingness to travel locally and domestically (20–40%) required
