What You’ll Do
Lead the design and continuous improvement of all commercial CRM processes, including lead management, opportunity workflows, pipeline governance, forecasting, and automated tasking
Configure CRM automation using workflows, business rules, and Power Automate
Design and maintain fields, forms, and data structures that support segmentation and analysis
Translate business questions into data‑backed insights and recommendations
Conduct trend and performance analysis across the commercial funnel
Maintain CRM data accuracy and governance
Partner with IT on integrations, upgrades, and system performance
Deliver dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Excel, and CRM analytics
Build training materials and support CRM adoption
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on segmentation, forecasting, campaign tracking, and KPI analysis
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
3‑6 years of business analysis, CRM administration, or commercial operations experience
Hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience (required)
Experience with Power BI or similar tools
Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills
Understanding of CRM architecture, workflow configuration, and data governance
Work Environment & Travel
