Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Professional located in San Diego, CA. The Sales Professional will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate death care products and services. Duties include prospecting new clients, providing consultations, presenting and closing sales, maintaining relationships with past customers, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. High levels of empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer support are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.

Sales and negotiation experience with the ability to achieve or exceed targets.

Customer service skills, including empathy, active listening, and responding to client needs.

Organizational and time management skills for managing sales processes effectively.

Proficiency with CRM tools or relevant sales software is a plus.

Motivation to work in a client-centered, on-site environment in San Diego, CA.

Experience in the funeral or related industries is an asset but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
