About Your Role
The Assistant Residential Director (ARD) ensures proper planning, management and evaluation of assigned programs. The ARD works with and mentors the team by coordinating training, technical assistance and maintaining quality services especially in respect to adherence to licensing standards. The ARD supervises a team of Residential Administrators, and indirectly supervises the Program Managers, CSP’s, and Administrative team members while being responsible for the fulfillment of their job duties. This position provides the supervision, direction, and support integral in the efficient operation of our 24-hour residential programs.
Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years' supervisory experience in the area of Development Disabilities/Mental Health or equivalent relevant experience preferred
Four (4) years of equivalent training and work experience related to developmental disabilities and/or mental health with the majority of that time in positions of program/agency management.
Satisfactory results of employment history as well as State criminal background check
A valid driver’s license with a good driving record and active vehicle insurance
