Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including developing and meeting sales targets
Ability to provide effective Training to team members to boost performance and align with company objectives
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing software is a plus
Previous experience in the logistics or trucking industry is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
