We're seeking a creative, entertainment-savvy social content producer to shoot, edit, and manage social content with Angie Martinez at Angie Martinez IRL. You'll handle social media posts, edit social media videos, and capture behind‑the‑scenes content at interviews while collaborating on strategy and trends. The ideal candidate is skilled in the Adobe Suite, has a deep knowledge of entertainment and culture, and excels in capturing and producing engaging content. We are seeking a proactive and versatile Social Producer to join our dynamic team.
This is a contract role based in New York City. Candidates must be based in New York and willing to travel.
What You’ll Do
Shoot, edit, produce behind‑the‑scenes content of Angie Martinez at interview recordings
Communicate daily with the producer on high level notes and takeaways on Angie Martinez IRL
Post Angie content across Angie Martinez IRL social platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Coordinate regularly with Head of Digital on data tracking, trends, and strategy
Handle sales requests that involve shooting, editing and producing footage
Who You Are
Strong passion and knowledge of entertainment/lifestyle talk content
Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects.
Able to shoot footage and handle basic lighting and audio
Great communication and collaboration skills
Strong eye for top performing content
