The Video Producer plays a critical role in executing high-quality video production within UgenticAI’s professional studio environment. This role is responsible for operating cameras, lighting, and audio systems to capture premium content for founders, creators, and business leaders who film at our studio. This role is best suited for professionals who are comfortable operating in structured studio environments and maintaining consistent production standards across repeated, high-volume filming sessions.
Working closely with the Director of Studio Production, the Video Producer helps ensure consistent filming standards across all studio shoots while maintaining a professional and efficient production environment. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to execute production setups independently while maintaining quality and consistency across a high volume of studio sessions.
The Video Producer will also work alongside freelance videographers supporting studio productions, providing on-set guidance and assisting the Director in coordinating freelance coverage for scheduled shoots. This role helps ensure freelancers follow studio production workflows and maintain consistent production quality.
In addition to studio filming, the Video Producer supports the technical execution of live and virtual events produced from the studio throughout the year, assisting with multi-camera setups, lighting, audio, and overall production readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Studio Production Execution
Lead camera, lighting, and audio execution during client shoots Operate professional cameras during studio productions Set up and manage lighting for various production environments including interview setups, green screen shoots, and multi-set filming Configure and monitor audio equipment including lavaliers and wireless audio systems Ensure proper camera settings, formats, and frame rates during filming Assist in executing multi-camera studio productions Support the technical execution of studio recordings and live productions when required Assist the Director of Studio Production in planning and coordinating freelance crew coverage for upcoming production schedules Provide on-set guidance to freelance videographers to ensure studio production standards are followed Help maintain consistent production quality across all studio shoots Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to camera, lighting, or audio during production Client shoots typically run 4–6 hours and may occur multiple times per day. Support a professional and organized studio experience for clients Assist clients with camera positioning, lighting adjustments, and filming setup Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during shoots Ensure a clean, organized production environment Clients rely on the studio to deliver a premium experience, and the Videographer helps ensure the studio is prepared and ready. Prepare cameras, lighting, and audio equipment before client shoots Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and ready for production Troubleshoot technical issues during filming when they arise Assist with equipment organization, maintenance, and inventory Reliable studio equipment and technical readiness are critical to maintaining production efficiency. Assist with organizing and transferring raw footage after shoots Ensure files are properly labeled and delivered according to workflow standards Coordinate with the remote editing team when needed Support post-production processes when required Live & Virtual Event Production Support

5–10 years of hands-on video production experience Experience with Mirrorless and Digital Cinema cameras Strong understanding of lighting design and subject lighting Experience setting up and monitoring professional audio recording systems Ability to independently execute camera, lighting, and audio setups Experience filming interviews, talking-head content, and studio productions Familiarity with video editing workflows and file management Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience operating in multi-camera production environments Strong troubleshooting ability during live shoots or technical production issues Experience maintaining consistent production quality across high-volume studio shoots Ability to guide on-set talent and maintain a professional filming environment Experience collaborating with production teams or coordinating freelance videographers on set Preferred Experience
