Overview
The UFC is searching for energetic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA Coaches for a new premier fitness facility opening at Park City Mall in Lancaster. Coaches will ensure a positive customer experience and deliver great member service through class, small group and 1‑on‑1 instruction, building relationships with members and identifying private coaching opportunities.
Responsibilities Promote and conduct private and small group training with members. Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training. Ensure accurate administration of client programs, measurement tracking and workout programs.
Member Experience Focus on changing lives through offering superior service, science and sales. Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy. Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Nobility) to life. Conduct safe and effective private training sessions. Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces. Respond passionately and professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.
Required Qualifications Minimum Purple belt or higher. MMA tournament record (preferred). Grappling tournament record (preferred). Current CPR/AED certification (preferred). Minimum 1 year of training/coaching experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities In depth knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design. Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
