Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in the financial services industry and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable solutions across our Salesforce platform to support business processes, enhance user experience, and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and financial services workflows and is comfortable translating business requirements into robust technical implementations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Harmony, Conga, integrations, and FSC data models. This individual will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high‑quality solutions that support our financial services operations and client engagement strategies. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
Primary Responsibilities Customization & Development: Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and process automations. User Support: Provide support for end-users and troubleshoot issues. Data Management: Optimize data models and security architecture within FSC; Ensure data accuracy, perform deduplication, and manage imports/exports using tools like Data Loader or third-party integrations. Reporting & Dashboards: Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making. Integration & Automation: Work with third-party applications and APIs to enhance Salesforce functionality and automate processes. System Maintenance: Monitor system health, stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, and implement best practices. Process Improvement: Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and improve workflows that enhance operational efficiency; Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and architectural discussions. Salesforce Administration: Maintain and customize Salesforce, including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, and security settings. Required Skills and Characteristics 5+ years as a Salesforce Developer. Hands‑on experience within financial services and Financial Services Cloud, including data models and industry‑specific components. Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and role hierarchy and data governance best practices. Proficiency in configuring Salesforce features such as Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, and Data Management. Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., KYC, AML, SEC). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions. Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator required. Preferred Skills and Characteristics Experience with Financial Service Cloud, and third-party integrations. Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Platform Administrator II, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator, nice to have. PD2 or FSC accreditation preferred. Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $115,000-$140,000 based on experience and qualifications. This role may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus
