Founding Principal

to help build a schools from the ground up and shape its culture, program, and team around a belief that students with autism deserve access to both excellent education and deep developmental support. Responsibilities: Work closely with school leadership to develop the program, hire and mentor staff. Build a culture where educators, clinicians, and families collaborate in support of each child's growth. Shape a mission-aligned school community that sees students not through deficits, but through their potential. A leader who believes that when students are understood developmentally and supported through strong relationships, remarkable growth is possible. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years in a leadership position. Minimum of 10 years working with children on the autism spectrum. Experience with child-centered relationship based therapy, DIR/floortime. Trained in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). Masters degree required. PhD preferred. Potential Benefits:
