Founding Principal
to help build a schools from the ground up and shape its culture, program, and team around a belief that students with autism deserve access to both excellent education and deep developmental support. About CS&A: Our free job placement service connects educators with independent and private schools that align with their specific needs and qualifications. By getting to know each candidate personally, we match them with the right opportunities—saving time and ensuring the best match. Our mission is to help educators find roles where they can truly thrive. We have positions nationwide and internationally. Responsibilities: Work closely with school leadership to develop the program, hire and mentor staff. Build a culture where educators, clinicians, and families collaborate in support of each child's growth. Shape a mission-aligned school community that sees students not through deficits, but through their potential. A leader who believes that when students are understood developmentally and supported through strong relationships, remarkable growth is possible. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years in a leadership position. Minimum of 10 years working with children on the autism spectrum. Experience with child-centered relationship based therapy, DIR/floortime. Trained in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). Masters degree required. PhD preferred. Potential Benefits:
