This role is responsible for the development, planning, and execution of digital marketing campaigns that support our strategic objectives across the Americas region.We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented marketer with a strong background in **event management and digital marketing**. The ideal candidate will work individually or with a team on various marketing activities to continuously improve campaign performance and marketing KPIs across various channels. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global, fast-paced environment.**Key responsibilities:**
• Plan, coordinate and execute campaigns, webinars and in-person events across the Americas region, ensuring strong participation, lead generation, and ROI
• Manage all event logistics including venue coordination, supplier liaison, speaker management, and on-site support
• Collaborate with internal teams—including remote colleagues across sales, product, and global marketing—to develop and publish event collateral (e.g., brochures, signage, giveaways)
• Tailor messaging and content to suit local markets and partner networks, ensuring relevance and resonance across diverse audiences
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media content creation, scheduling, and reporting
• Track and report on campaign performance, including lead generation and engagement metrics
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing assets such as case studies, product videos, and sales enablement materials
• Maintain accurate records, manage correspondence, and support general marketing operations
**Skills:**
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital marketing and event management
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and remote team environments
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Eloqua and Salesforce preferred).
• Familiarity with tools like ON24, Monday.com, Cvent, ZoomInfo is a plus
• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and social media platforms
• Basic design and video editing skills (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Rush, Premiere Pro) are a plus
• Experience in the software or technology sector is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
• High attention to detail, self-motivated, and customer-focused
