THE ELENE IS SEEKING A DIRECTOR OF HOUSEKEEPING.
This is a pre-opening hire with a rare opportunity to build a housekeeping operation from the ground up at a new luxury resort in Napa Valley. We are looking for an experienced leader who is ready to set the standard, shape the culture, and open a property that will be one of the most exciting hospitality openings in Wine Country in 2026. Candidates must have a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. The ability to respond to property needs outside of regular hours should be expected.

MOSAIC HOTEL COLLECTION The Elene joins the distinguished Mosaic Hotel Collection-a family of Northern California boutique properties including El Dorado Hotel in Sonoma, North Block Hotel in Yountville, The Madrona in Healdsburg, Olema House in Point Reyes, and Campos Polanco in Mexico City. Under the stewardship of Palisades Hospitality Group, each Mosaic property reflects an authentic connection to the place. The Elene will illuminate Napa Valley's essence like nowhere else.
POSITION OVERVIEW The Director of Housekeeping provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all housekeeping functions at The Elene, a 50-room luxury resort opening November 2026 in Napa Valley. This role builds the housekeeping operation from the ground up, establishing the standards, systems, staffing, and culture that will define the guest experience from opening day forward.
This is a pre-opening hire. The Director of Housekeeping will lead all aspects of the housekeeping department including guest rooms, public areas, laundry operations, and overnight restaurant cleaning coordination, managing a team of 30 or more. At a property with an Average Daily Rate exceeding $900, the expectation is a housekeeping operation guests never think about because everything simply works.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Competitive salary commensurate with experience (range: $90,000 - $95,000 depending on qualifications)
