Director of Middle School Admission

The Director of Middle School Admission reports to the Director of Enrollment Management and works closely with the Directors of Lower and Upper School Admission and the larger admission team across all three campuses. The Director is supported by an Associate Director who reports jointly to this position and the Director of Upper School Admission.

The Director is responsible for management of all aspects of Middle School admission and the allocation of financial assistance. The school annually sets enrollment targets in consultation with the Director that are a primary measure of success.

Successfully engages Middle School-aged students (6th to 8th grade) with an authentic and approachable demeanor.

Sincere and warm personality, genuinely relates with a diverse population of stakeholders, including parents, students, faculty, and school leadership.

Collaborative team player who also works well independently, takes initiative, welcomes and provides feedback, and is willing to do what needs to be done.

Shows strong written and interpersonal communication skills, professionalism, and detail-orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated, measurable success and experience in admission, recruitment, and CRM/Databases.

Independent school experience as a parent, student or employee.

Evidence of exceptional customer service.

Undergraduate degree in an appropriate field
