As aSalesConsultant, which we callExperience Guides, you will play an important role increating a fantasticguest experience at our store.If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced,fun environment, then we’re looking for you. As anExperience Guide, you will be responsible forassisting guests through the entirecar salesprocess. What You’ll Do: Assist withselection of vehicles, presentation of protection products and overall guest experience. Provideclear, transparent options for our guests to make well-informed decisions Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure that every one of our guests, those thatarepurchasingan automobileand those that are not yet, have an unparalleled experience. High school diploma or the equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Valid in-state driver’s license. Professional personal appearance. Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license. Additional Information
