ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Designer will be responsible for the design, creation, and development of our Home Décor Products, cosmetic totes, bags, and accessories. Ability to Conceptualize, Design, and Execute Unique/Trends for our Products. Make Digital Mockups in Adobe AI/PS Strong Command of Visual Design Capabilities, Including Composition, Layout, Hierarchy, Typography, and Color Judgement Produce Print-Ready Files and Tech Packs Ability to Create Physical Comps for the showroom. Work independently with the sales team and Merchandising Managers Able to Follow Client Style Guides Keep the manager informed of the status of all projects. Perform related duties as assigned. COMPETENCIES
Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator is Required 2+ years’ experience in the off-price retail market Photography background preferred. Efficient knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Suite Excellent Time Management Skills to Meet Strict Deadlines Highly organized with strong attention to detail Professional communication skills Ability to work with a dynamic team. Understanding of market dynamics and business judgment Realistic expectation of the customer’s capabilities, including weaknesses EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in fashion accessory design, or related field, with 2+ years of experience
