You’ll play a key role in driving occupancy, managing leasing activity, and creating a strong sense of community. What You’ll Do
Conduct property tours and convert prospects into residents Manage leasing activities including applications, approvals, and move‑ins Maintain strong follow‑up with prospects to drive leasing velocity Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Assist with marketing efforts and online leasing activity Maintain accurate leasing data and reports Support day‑to‑day operations and resident communication Why You Matter
You are the front line of the community and play a direct role in driving occupancy and resident experience. Your energy, responsiveness, and sales ability directly impact leasing success and overall property performance. What It Takes
1–3+ years of leasing, sales, or customer‑facing experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales‑driven mindset with the ability to close deals Highly organized with strong follow‑up skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment Experience in student housing or luxury leasing preferred Ideal Candidate Traits
