Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Broker located in Wayne, PA. Strong knowledge of sales, negotiation, and transaction processes in commercial real estate Market research, data analysis, and investment insight skills Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities Ability to work independently and troubleshoot challenges effectively Real estate license in Pennsylvania (required) and familiarity with the Philadelphia area market Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred) Proficiency in using real estate software and digital marketing tools is advantageous
