This is a role for a 100% Commission Real Estate Sales Agent, located in NJ. The primary responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new clients, marketing and showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through the property buying or selling process. The agent will build strong client relationships while utilizing the resources and tools provided by the company to maximize sales opportunities. Qualifications

Experience in Real Estate Sales and general Sales Holding an active Real Estate License Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service In-depth knowledge and practical experience in the real estate market Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster client relationships Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
