Senior Payment Processing Specialist

Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading financial institution to fill their open Senior Payment Support Specialist position in Greenwood Village, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $31.00 and $34.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below). Responsibilities
Daily monitoring and processing of ACH, wire, and check transactions Maintaining compliance with all relevant rules and regulations Researching and resolving internal and external member requests Posting and verifying transactions in member accounts Monitoring team workflows related to processing ACH, wire, and check transactions Managing escalated payment issues Providing excellent internal and external customer service Balancing, settling, and reconciling transactions Testing new products, systems, upgrades, and enhancements to the department Creating and implementing new department procedures Assisting with training staff All other related duties as required Qualifications
At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role Excellent attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Excellent analytical skills Compensation and Benefits
