Role Description: As a Search & Content Performance Specialist, you will enhance our digital presence by improving content visibility, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing performance across web and social platforms. You will analyze search trends, content metrics, and user behavior to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies that boost engagement and discoverability. Your work will help maximize the reach and impact of our thought leadership within the advisory sector. This program has been an incredibly valuable and enriching experience, offering hands‑on exposure and real‑world insights that are rarely available at this stage. in which the program will be conducted, making it a truly exclusive opportunity that will not be repeated in the future. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on industry context and innovation highlights, identifying emerging trends and thought leadership topics within the advisory sector. Distill and frame key differentiators for public communication, preparing materials that clearly convey the company’s unique value proposition. Generate expert advisory content optimized for SEO and engagement, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and web copy designed to improve organic search visibility. Research industry advisory trends to support content innovation and identify high‑impact keywords and SEO opportunities. Analyze competitors and user journeys, mapping high‑end advisory user flows using analytics tools and SEO best practices. Drive user testing and feedback collection, synthesizing insights and reporting on engagement metrics to inform content and SEO strategy. Learn and adapt to the construction criticism given through mentorship sessions, taught by the CEO. Required Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated

strong SEO skills

(keyword research, on‑page/off‑page SEO, content optimization, analytics, SEO tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs/Google Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to produce engaging, high‑quality content. Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data and user behavior to refine strategy. Comfortable with Google Workspace and Slack, or quick to learn new tools. Collaborative team player, eager to learn. Must be motivated students, eager to make a meaningful transition from academic life to professional settings. Portfolio submission required : Include 2–3 samples that showcase your ability to research, write, and optimize content for SEO. At least one should demonstrate measurable improvement in search rankings or engagement.

Examples: SEO blog posts, web content with before‑and‑after analytics, content audit reports, keyword research presentations, or case studies with results. Acceptable portfolio formats: personal website, PDF compilation, or links to published work. Brief descriptions must accompany each sample, highlighting your role, strategy, and results achieved.

Candidates without prior work experience may provide academic projects, personal website/blogs, or freelance assignments, emphasizing research, analytics, and optimization skills. The minimum internship duration is
