We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Manager to lead daily mitigation operations, oversee staff and job flow, and ensure compliance, quality, and an excellent client experience. This role serves as the operational leader for mitigation projects from intake through audit handoff.
Key Responsibilities
Vet and approve all incoming mitigation projects
Support field staff
Schedule, assign, and oversee mitigation teams and job flow
Manage Project Managers, Foremen, Technicians, and Coordinators
Resolve job site issues and act as escalation point
Coordinate subcontractors and approve vendors as needed
Monitor customer and TPA communication for compliance and service quality
Conduct first‑round file audits and track errors for performance reporting
Manage mitigation vehicle fleet and order project materials
Serve as OSHA safety compliance officer
Interview and hire mitigation staff
Review and approve mitigation job expenditures
Review time cards
Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
4+ years of emergency restoration experience (required)
IICRC certifications (WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT preferred)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Xactimate and DASH proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent
Technically proficient and detail‑oriented
Must have valid Driver's License
