13 weeks (Possible Extension) Shift:
Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Hours:
36 Hours/Week | 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans for moderately acute patients.
Continuously monitor patient health status through ongoing data collection and clinical assessment.
Administer treatments, therapies, and medications to support patient recovery and overall well‑being.
Provide patient and family education, including health counseling and discharge planning.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
Execute delegated medical functions within scope of practice.
Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical outcomes.
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per hospital and regulatory standards.
Facilitate referrals for advanced evaluation or specialized treatment as needed.
Utilize hospital resources efficiently to optimize patient outcomes.
Support organizational mission, vision, and service excellence standards.
Float to other units within competency when required by operational needs.
Participate in on‑call rotations as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
1 year of experience in IMC / Stepdown / PCU / Telemetry
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS
