Proficiency in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits
Strong background in Consulting and Insurance
Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills
Ability to analyze and tailor benefit solutions to meet client needs
Experience in relationship building and collaborative work with teams
Organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
