Consultant/Psychologist
to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with our partners to deliver executive coaching, leadership development, and assessment‑based consulting for a wide range of business clients. What You’ll Do Deliver executive coaching and leadership development services Facilitate leadership training sessions and group workshops Support succession planning and talent management engagements Conduct assessments and provide data‑driven insights to clients Collaborate closely with senior consultants and partners on client projects Who We Are Blankenship & Seay Consulting Group is a team of organizational psychologists and consultants specializing in assessment‑based psychological consulting. What We’re Looking For Graduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred Experience in leadership development, coaching, assessments, or group facilitation Background in business or consulting preferred Strong presentation and communication skills Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
