for that pillar, working directly with the founder. The role Own a new product area from concept to launch (0→1) Define how AI agents operate across personalization, experimentation and decisioning Work closely with engineering on technical product decisions (data, infra, real-time systems) Partner with design and GTM to bring the product to market Engage directly with enterprise customers to shape the roadmap What they’re looking for 4+ years in Product Management - now operating at the Senior level and above with experience shipping SaaS products. Experience working on AI/ML products as a Senior Product Manager Ideally, 0→1 product experience Technical depth - ideally ex-engineer, founder or solutions background Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments Why this is interesting Real agentic AI product (not surface-level features) Huge distribution already in place (1,000+ enterprise customers) Strong product-market pull and rapid growth High comp + meaningful equity Direct exposure to founders and core product decisions
