Job Description
Perform roof evaluations using field reports, inspections, photos, drawings, and site visits as needed Prepare detailed estimates for service, repair, and maintenance work, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted costs Review service scopes and coordinate with technicians and project managers to ensure accuracy and constructability Communicate estimates clearly to internal teams and assist with revisions based on project needs or client feedback Track and manage multiple estimates simultaneously while meeting turnaround time expectations Maintain pricing databases, vendor quotes, and historical cost data for service-related work Support warranty, leak investigation, and preventive maintenance estimating as required Ensure estimates align with company standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, repair methods, and maintenance practices Experienced in reviewing field reports, photos, inspections, and drawings to develop accurate and well-defined service estimates Highly organized and capable of managing multiple estimates simultaneously in a fast-paced service environment Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with service technicians, project managers, and internal teams to clarify scope and pricing Comfortable delivering timely, accurate estimates that support efficient service execution and customer satisfaction Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of work, asks thoughtful questions, and ensures estimates align with quality and safety standards What's on Offer
